Train to Gain funding for leadership development
Social Enterprise Works is offering to work alongside third sector leaders to develop skills, knowledge and strategies that you need to lead your organisation through whatever strategic challenges and opportunities you face.
We can do this through business support and mentoring for leaders and facilitated strategic and performance reviews for groups.
- Our business support and mentoring establishes a relationship over time which helps you not only to implement changes and improvements for your organisation but also to transfer tools, resources, and confidence to develop your skills in the long term.
- Our expert facilitation of strategic and performance reviews draws on dynamic participative approaches to get everybody involved in reviewing your performance and strategy, achieving consensus and clear way forward.
The Train to Gain programme funds informal leadership development grants up to £500 with a further £500 available on a match fund basis.
To apply for support, either complete our Client contact form and send it to info@socialenterpriseworks.org or call us on 0117 9070080.
BenchLearning
Would you like to find out how well you are doing when compared to similar organisations? Why not try our free online benchmarking service called ‘BenchLearning’. We have designed a range of questionnaires that you can answer anonymously and then instantly access your results in the form of graphs and charts in key areas such as HR, Finance, customer satisfaction, performance management, stakeholders, equality and diversity and social and environmental impact.
There is also an organisational performance diagnosis enabling all staff and volunteers to anonymously feedback their perception of the organisations performance via an on-line questionnaire - the accumulated results are provided in a report format that uses a traffic light system to easily identify the organisations perceived strengths and areas for development.
