The BizIdea is UWE’s inspirational business plan competition for students, staff and alumni. It encourages anyone with an idea for a business, whether real or fictitious, to make it a success or to gain experience.

Kick Start Enterprise works with young people, parents and teachers with his self-development Hero Programme. The workshops help young people gain greater self-knowledge, confidence and self-esteem.
Well done to the two runner-ups Luke Boulton-Major from Karma Care and Steve Glover from The Severn Project.
Karma Care is a not-for-profit community interest company specialising in alternative sports and activities for primary school children. It provides a range of after school clubs using fun and imaginative ways to engage kids.
The Severn Project supports individuals’ post treatment for addiction issues. Everybody has a fundamental need to be creative, demonstrate altruism and integrate with others.
