Individuals must have not been trading longer than 2 years and they must also have an eligible postcode from one of the following areas: Lawrence Weston, Lockleaze, Southmead, Henbury, Montpelier, St Agnes, St Pauls, Barton Hill, Bedminster, Easton, Lawrence Hill, Hartcliffe, Withywood, or Knowle West.
