In August 08 Social Enterprise Works won a competitive tender to work with Volunteering Bristol to develop their 5-year Strategic plan. The support included training for the board on strategic planning to enable their full participation and attendance of 3 board meetings to gain input and feedback, 1-2-1 business mentoring for the services and development manager, research and plan writing. A consultation process with key stakeholders was included in the programme. The plan was completed over a period of 3 weeks.
