Property Advice Service, providing advice and guidance to charities, voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises on property issues. Most of the services are free with the option to access more specialist advice (e.g. lease, property management or asset performance health checks) at discounted rates. Training on property related issues and publications are available. The Foundation’s Bristol office covers a wide range of geographical areas in the South West.
