Hartcliffe & Withywood Teenage Parents Project offers support to teenage parents at a time in their lives when the demands of being a parent may conflict with those of being a teenager. The project works to break down isolation and enables young parents to take their place within the community, equipping them with the skills they will need to do this. An emphasis is placed on training and developing skills for the workplace. This includes peer education and IT skills to enhance confidence. The project benefits parents who have been or who are teenage parents, living in the Hartcliffe and Withywood areas of South Bristol.
