View to Learning is an innovative and dynamic Bristol based arts charity specialising in working with young people using visual and performing arts. Based at The Park Local Opportunity Centre in BS4 the charity is responsible for the city wide WorldBeats Collective music projects. In April ‘07 we established the Youth Utopia Performing Arts Company for 11-9 year olds in Knowle West and have recently established the ‘Stepping Up’ project to bring the four areas of dance, music, circus skills and drama to 8-11 year olds in local primary schools. View to Learning also works in collaboration with local charities and UK and overseas aid and development agencies running training workshops and producing photographic and video projects on humanitarian issues.
