
Provides free and independent advice and information to people in east Bristol on subjects from welfare benefit to who does what in most subjects. What we don’t know, we find out. We distribute a free newsletter to homes in East Bristol called the ‘Eastolian’. We support people and groups in East Bristol regardless of their activities and aim to support any group to develop their own criteria. Working with isolated and socially excluded sectors of the East Bristol communities including single parents, unemployed, homeless, low earners, elderly, mental health, disabled, young people. “I am me” project is a self-help project set up and run by East Bristol Advice and Information Centre for individuals with learning difficulties, mental health issues, disabled.
