Involving Residents in Solutions (IRIS) provides communities and organisations with support by providing services that engage all stakeholders be they residents, customers, service-users, service providers, business owners, funders or the government. The result of an I.R.I.S piece of work provides everyone with a better understanding of what is working successfully and where improvements are needed. I.R.I.S provides a full range of services to support decision-making including research, consultation, facilitation, business planning, marketing, budgeting, skills training, monitoring and evaluation.
