Providing access to general and specialist services via drop in appointments and home visits across South Bristol delivered by both paid and volunteer staff. The service is underpinned by appropriate training for all volunteers and staff and backed by a comprehensive information system. The service is free, independent, accessible and confidential; delivered within an equalities framework with anti discriminatory policies and form a non directive and a non judgmental perspective.
