Social Enterprise Link is a partnership between Co-active Ltd based in Plymouth, Co-operative Futures based in Gloucester, and Bristol’s Social Enterprise Works, funded by Business Link. This service covers the South West Region and for the first time, provides a co-ordinated service to potential and existing social enterprises across the region. The service enables access to specialist social enterprise business advisers in the partner agencies and is predominately a telephone and online service. It can be accessed through direct contact with any of the agencies and leads to the enquirer receiving an information pack and later to a diagnostic service and action plan provided by the specialist social enterprise agencies.
This service builds on the RISE funded pilot study which was delivered by the partnership in 2006/7 and provides an exciting model of joint development between agencies.
